When we were little girls, we were the type to pick shiny things off the ground. Nevermind that they were more often than not attached to abc gum. Sometimes it was a pebble that we thought perhaps could be cleaned and shined enough to be a real treasure! We opened oysters looking for pearls. We dug up our backyard for hidden diamond mines. Gems, rubies, diamonds, and glitter have always been a staple in our diets. But alas, we digress.
Our personality has changed very little since our NKOTB aqua and pink Reebok high top wearin' days. We still favor dresses. We still happily bejewel ourselves. And we still know a good treasure when we find one. Which is why we are pinching pennies and eatin' Ramon in attempt to consummate our love affair with Mary Kate and Ashley's new 'Elizabeth & James' line (named after their siblings). Their pieces are much more affordable than their pricey but fabulous 'The Row.' Available at Bergdorf, Neiman and Intermix, and worn proudly by yours truly with a sparkle in our eye and a shimmy in our shake. As always.
