Covers Are the New Black

Crrrank it, poppits! This little ditty busts a move on every sweetly familiar and undeniably catchy beat. The fine little musical budding talent that is The Rosebuds bring us a cover of true-blue feminist-chick Evelyn Waugh descendants Salt 'n Pepa. Their tune Push It is quite the fine ditty without the help of The Rosebuds, we must declare.

But just you wait until you press play on the de lovely vid above. Crank it up at the verry start and you'll catch the strict instructions the band gives to their dog to make them a hit song, preferably a cover. Because they're so totally in right now, don't you know? Heh, heh.

A bit cliche, a lot kitschy, we kinda sorta love this vid for all its low-budget wonderfulness. Is wonderfulness a word? Ehh, we need some coffee.
