Wild Thang

They commonly perform in animal masks and are known only as 'Geologist,' 'Panda Bear,' 'Avey Tare,' and 'Deakin' on stage. They create an otherworldly space-agey atmosphere, (think Bjork-esque boy band) and we just can't figure out what's not to like about Animal Collective. Or what the fugger is going on when they perform.

Interesting. Experimental. Kind of like- wait, did we do acid today? Nope, that's just the transcendental skewed electronic psychedelic rock pop horror music playing in the background. Totally groovy.
